I can’t really have a view on the item as my order had never arrived. I paid an extra fee for express delivery service. My order did not arrive within the establish delivery timeframe. I waited a couple more extra days before sending an enquiry email reporting the “non-delivery” situation of my order to support@hottsudio.com. Unfortunately, not only the order did not arrive on time the first time around, nor did it arrive on the date/time indicated by HottAudio’s after-sales service team the second time as indicated in their responding email to my enquiry email☹️☹️ Not a very positive experience at all... especially taking into account the order was meant to be a B-day gift...

I wanted to listen to audio books. This is the perfect option. The best part is, when I stop listening and later return to the unit, it starts right where I left off. I am in my late 70’s and this unit is easy to use. So glad I found this HOTT CDPlayer.

GermanyDoesn't work with JBL Flip 5
The CD player looks good, reminds me of the ones I used to have some years ago. It surely plays CDs too, and the built-in battery can easily be charged per USB cable. But the device doesn't play any songs on my JBL Flip 5, which was the single reason for buying it. It establishes a connection, which can be heard by the speaker sound feedback, and additionally by the possibility of going to the next song by using the speaker buttons. But no sound is played from the speaker unfortunately. Currently looking to buy another Bluetooth CD player, this time first carefully reading online reviews. I should notice that the JBL speaker is upgraded to its latest firmware, unfortunately without any improvements.
