HOTT provides 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and 12-Month Repair Warranty. You can extend the repair warranty to 18 months by registering on our website.
HOTT is not responsible for damage to or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media. You are responsible for backing up any programs or data on removable storage media.
You agree that repair, replacement or refund, as applicable, under the warranty services described herein is your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to any breach of the Hott limited warranty set forth herein.
The Program does not cover any events such as below:
* Any damages unrelated to manufacturing defects.
* Any unsuitable environment or use of the product i
* Any product which has been modified without official permission from Hott
* Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
1. Accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, commercial or industrial use, unauthorized product modification or failure to follow instructions included with the product.
2. Third party products using Hott will not be covered by warranty. See your vendor or the manufacturer for information about servicing.
3. Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by Hott.
4. Hott does not warrant that this product will meet your requirements. It is your responsibility to determine the suitability of this product for your purpose.
Limitations Of Implied Warranties
There are no other oral or written warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The duration of implied warranties is limited to the warranty length specified in Paragraph one.
To Obtain Technical Support
If you need help using or troubleshooting a product please submit a technical support request via Email at email@example.com.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. But you can apply for the repair or an exchange within 12 months of the date of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, HOTT Customer Service will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Hott warranties their product to be free from defects in material or defects as a result of faulty manufacturing or faulty componentsfor a period of 12 months following the date of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Shipping Notes for Return/Exchange :

b. Shipping costs are non-refundable; Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
c. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary;
d. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please be noted that the shipping cost is not refundable.
If the product is defective, does not work properly or damage during transportation, please kindly let us know. For the fastest resolution, please contact our Customer Service including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
