  • Supported Discs: Ensure you are using CD, CD-R, CD-RW, or MP3 Discs.

  • Maintenance: Wipe the disc surface from the center outward with a soft cloth.

  • Restart: Turn the power off, re-seat the disc, and restart the device.

Q: What are the TF card requirements for the C229A?

  • Max Capacity: Supports up to 128GB TF cards.

  • Audio Formats: Compatible with MP3, FLAC, WMA, WAV, AAC, and APE.

Q: My C229A audio is skipping or stops randomly,how to fix it?

  • Playback Mode: Press [Previous] or [Next], then press [M] to switch to "ALL" (Repeat All) mode.

  • Disc Quality: Heavily scratched or non-standard discs may cause the laser to skip.


🔋 Power & Charging

Q: The C229A won't turn on even when I turn the knob.

  • Check Power: Use the included USB-C cable and a 5V 2A adapter.

  • Indicator Light: Red means charging; Blue means fully charged (approx. 4 hours).

Q: The C229A screen displays “Lo”.

  • This indicates Low Battery. Please plug in the charger immediately to avoid interruption.

Q: Can I use the C229A while it is charging?

  • Not Recommended. To protect battery lifespan, we suggest charging while the device is off.

Q: The C229A won’t charge at all.

  • Adapter Check: Avoid using PD Fast Chargers (like MacBook chargers). Use a standard 5V adapter.

  • Clean Port: Ensure no dust or lint is blocking the USB-C port.


📶 Bluetooth Connectivity

Q: How to pair the C229A with Bluetooth speakers or headphones?

  1. Enable Bluetooth on both the C229A and your receiving device.

  2. Set your speaker/headphones to Pairing Mode.

  3. Initial pairing may take 10-60 seconds.

  4. Reset Tip: Long-press [M] to clear history if connection fails.

Q: The Bluetooth connection on my C229A is unstable.

  • Range: Keep devices within 10 meters (33 feet) in an open space.

  • Reset Bluetooth: Hold [M] for 5 seconds to reset the module.
